If you want to cancel an order or return an item please fill out this form. The following has to be inserted in the contact field:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Product number(s) of the product you want to return
  • Ordered on / received on
  • Todays date
Any duties / costs related to the return have to be horn by you and will be deducted from the refund.
