Terms & Conditions

For the business relationship between KELOGLU and the customer, only the following General Terms and Conditions in the version available on the internet at the time of ordering apply, unless explicitly amended with the seller's consent. Deviating conditions of the buyer do not apply, even if we have not explicitly objected to them. Shipping costs and delivery terms according to § 5 apply only for shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany. For deliveries to European and non-European countries, a specific offer related to the order will be created, as shipping costs vary significantly.

§ 1 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The customer orders goods from KELOGLU via online shopping on the internet. By doing so, the customer commits to the terms and conditions specified on the website.

§ 2 NON-EXECUTION OF OFFER:
In case of typographical errors, computational mistakes, or inaccuracies on the website, KELOGLU is not obligated to accept the offer or fulfill the order.

§ 3 DELIVERY
Any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery must be reported immediately to the carrier (parcel service) and confirmed by them. Other damages must be reported to us within 14 days after discovery or occurrence.

§ 4 PAYMENT
The order will be shipped after payment. The purchase price consists of the cost of purchase and shipping. You can choose from available payment methods before finalizing the order. Payment methods include PayPal and options offered by PayPal such as direct debit, credit card, or PayPal account. Other options include credit card payments and traditional bank transfers. The terms and privacy policies of the respective payment providers apply.

§ 5 RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods delivered to the customer remain the property of KELOGLU until fully settled.

§ 6 WARRANTY
We are liable for defects in the delivery - except for missing assured characteristics or culpable essential contractual obligations - excluding further claims, as follows:

The statutory warranty periods for new products from the time of transfer of risk are 24 months for private use. Warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear or improper use. Warranty claims expire if modifications are made without our consent by the purchaser or a third party.

§ 7 DATA PROTECTION
The customer's necessary personal data for order and order processing will be stored on data storage devices. The customer expressly agrees to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data. The customer has the right to revoke this consent with future effect.

§ 8 JURISDICTION / PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
If nothing else arises from the purchase contract or the order confirmation, the seller's registered office is the place of performance. The seller's registered office is the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes, including within a bill of exchange and check process.

§ 9 LEGAL VALIDITY
Should individual provisions be or become legally invalid or if there is a gap in the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining contract terms.
